Corporate Yoga Program: Inward Evolution
Support the wellbeing of your employees and business by offering customized yoga classes. ‘Inward Evolution’ is a yoga-focused wellness initiative that seeks to develop business professionals’ mindfulness. Self awareness is cultivated by using the body and breath as doorways into the mind.
Each yoga class will focus on hatha yoga poses, breathwork and meditation. The most popular style mixes mellow vinyasa flow with yin yoga to provide a comfortable and beneficial experience for students at all levels. Each mindfulness class will include light standing and seated stretches and basic breathwork and meditation. No experience is required and people of all ages and abilities will be accommodated.
Due to the demands of modern life, your employees experience heightened and prolonged levels of stress which cause fatigue and other more serious conditions including insomnia, high blood pressure, digestive problems and even depression. Yoga transitions people from their sustained high-stress experiences in the “fight or flight” sympathetic nervous system into the calming, restorative parasympathetic nervous system to greatly reduce stress, center and heal both body and mind.
